01Use clear, current vehicle photos
Take well-lit photos of the actual vehicle from several angles. Show meaningful condition details and keep backgrounds uncluttered. Do not use stock photos, images of another vehicle or edits that conceal wear.
02Fill in the details carefully
Check the make, model, year, type, transmission, fuel, seating and features before submission. Only include equipment and features that are genuinely present and working on the listed vehicle.
03Set a useful pickup area
Choose an accurate pickup area and explain the handover plan in the listing or booking communication. Share the precise meeting instructions through the confirmed booking process, rather than publishing a private address more widely than necessary.
04Keep availability and pricing current
Review your calendar and rates when your plans change. Read the customer-facing booking breakdown and set expectations for fuel, distance, deposits and return timing according to the platform terms.
05Prepare a consistent handover
Before each trip, check the vehicle condition, documents and included equipment. Record starting condition and fuel with the guest, and keep the return instructions and support route easy to find.
06Submit only complete, eligible vehicles
Follow the current host onboarding requirements in the RaideX app. Provide requested vehicle and identity information through the secure account flow, and wait for approval before expecting the listing to appear publicly.
General information only. Vehicle eligibility, local requirements, cancellation terms, charges and availability can vary. Check the current listing and booking terms before you travel.
