Raidex helps people discover cars and bikes listed by local hosts. Review a listing's details and continue in the Raidex app to check trip dates, the final price and booking terms.

Search by location and vehicle type, open a live listing to review its photos and details, then continue in the app. Select your trip dates and read the full price and terms before you pay.

A valid driving licence for the vehicle class you are renting (a learner's licence usually isn't accepted) and a government photo ID. You verify your identity once in the app, with a live photo, before your first booking. Carry your original or DigiLocker licence while you drive.

Most vehicles have a refundable security deposit, shown before you pay. It is refunded after the trip once the vehicle is checked in, less only documented deductions such as damage, missing fuel or unpaid fines. If you cancel, the deposit is refunded in full.

No. Listings and availability may change. A vehicle is confirmed for your dates only through the completed booking flow, and the app shows the final price before payment.

If you cancel after paying, the rental charge is split: 20% goes to the vehicle owner as compensation, 30% is kept by Raidex as the cancellation charge, and 50% is refunded to you. Your refundable security deposit is returned in full. The app shows the exact amounts before you pay and again before you confirm a cancellation. Refunds go back to your original payment method; the time it takes depends on your bank or card provider.

If the host cancels, you can choose a full refund or an available replacement vehicle. If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference before it is confirmed. If it is cheaper, the difference is added to your account as RaideX Cash. RaideX Cash is in-app credit for future RaideX bookings; it cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

Yes. Start host onboarding in the Raidex app, add the vehicle information and required documents, and submit the listing for review.

The listing shows its pickup area. Confirmed pickup instructions for your trip are provided in the booking flow; open the location in a maps app from your device when available.
