02Check whether you meet the requirements
The required licence category, age, identity documents and verification steps can vary by vehicle and booking. Confirm the current requirements in the app before paying, and bring the original documents requested for collection.
03Read your price breakdown
Review the trip dates and times, rental charge, deposit, taxes and any additional fees. Check what the fuel and distance rules say, and note the return time. Save the booking confirmation and contact details available in your booking.
04Take your time at pickup
Meet at the agreed location and compare the car's condition with the host. Record existing marks and the fuel level, ask how to operate unfamiliar controls, and confirm the return plan. Do not set off until you understand the handover.
05Keep the booking details close
Use the booking channel for questions, extension requests or changes. If something about the vehicle or handover does not match the booking, pause and contact the host or support before continuing.
